Any Password used in association with this service or to access information on the site, is also the sole responsibility of the customer. Advanced Electronics Company assumes no responsibility, non-whatsoever, for any misuse or abuse of the Password associated with accessing this site and its' information.
 

I agree not disclose any of the information related to the security of the of the site's information or any other crucial information on the site, modify, reformat in any way, display or load to any other site, distribute to other individuals or agencies without permission, forward to others or publish as a part of another site.
 

I agree to preserve the information on the site and do no changes or cause any electronic harm to the site and the information and services thereof.
 

I agree not to do any reverse engineering to the materials placed on the site or change it any possible way electronically or otherwise in a way that harms the reputation of the Company or its services or customers.
 

I agree not to copy and/or use the information or the materials available on the site in any illegal way in the Country and in accordance with the laws applicable to the Internet usage.
 

I agree not to cause any harm to the AEC site or any links related to it.
 

I agree to use the site and the advertised services as per the agreement and conditions as advertised on the site and in the media.
 

I pledge not to send, knowingly or unknowingly, any messages or attachments that contains any harmful viruses to the site, which I access the service from. I also pledge not to deal, cooperate or hire any hacker to invade the secrecy of the site. I equally pledge not to use any SPAM messages that impact the site causing a threat to its performance or its users and their data.
 

I agree that all electronic services, electronic ad boards are public services and open for all. Therefore, it is my full and direct responsibility to preserve, maintain and protect all my private information. I would not blame the Company for any damage that occurs to my private data as a result of using their public and open services.
 

If the Company discovers at any given time that the customer subscribing to its services had given any in accurate, incorrect or false information would have the right to terminate this agreement immediately, without informing the subscriber, and ban him from using the services.
 

These accounts are personal and should be used by subscribers only. A subscriber would not be allowed to sign from multiple terminals and have several simultaneous accesses to the site. The subscriber pledge to be responsible for any unauthorized usage of the site by individuals whom he voluntarily gives his password to. This is in the case of individual subscribers. As for commercial subscribers, electronic registration would b granted to authorized individuals whom are given such authorizations by their respective companies requesting the electronic services. The Company would grant such authorize applicant the rights and the authority to use these electronic services.
 

The subscriber to this service agrees t inform the Company immediately, if he learns that his password has been broken by an unauthorized individual or hacker and the latter becomes able to access the site and its information and services.
 

The subscriber agrees to sign out and exit the site properly upon leaving so as the site's information would not be exposed to any problems as soon as he is through with his visit to the site.
 

The subscriber agrees not to access the site through a LAN unless he ensures that such access is secured.
 

The subscriber agrees to review the electronic bills related to the services and to check with the Company as soon as he notices a discrepancy.
 

Advanced Electronics Company is not obliged to offer the customer any equipment to operate this service except what is available on its' site.
 

The customer agrees to use the Advanced Electronics Company's site as is and would not ask for any improvements for the site or its' services, except by offering suggestions only.
 

Advanced Electronics Company is not responsible for any sites and/or sites' contents that the customer may visit through the links which Advanced Electronics Company provides on its' site.
 

Advanced Electronics Company pledges to exert every possible effort to maintain the site as well as other sites of the Company. However, the Company does not guarantee any continuation of such sites due to LAN and international networking issues, which are out of its' hand.
 

Advanced Electronics Company is not responsible about any loss of data/information on Customers' machines as a result of visiting and accessing various sites of the Company.
 

Advanced Electronics Company pledges to maintain a reasonable connectivity with its' servers in order to ensure fair customers' accessibility to Company's site. The Company, however, declares no responsibility about the security of such information.
 

Advanced Electronics Company hold the right to modify the format of displaying the information on the site, the right to stop the site for any reason that it deems fit and reasonable, at any given time and without any prior notice to its Customers.
 

The customer pledges to bear all financial responsibilities resulting from the misuse/abuse of this service/site, any perjury or electronic fraud. Advanced Electronics Company would not be held responsible for any financial loss of the customer resulting from such illegal activities.

General
 

Purchased  SMS Card is valid for 12 months starting form activation date.

This agreement is governed by all laws and regulations applied in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

All terms and conditions of this agreement are applicable to all Customers without exception. The agreement would continue to be valid unless otherwise is declared.
 

If Advanced Electronics Company does not apply its' rights as per this agreement, it does not at all mean that Advanced Electronics Company forfeits such rights.
 

The customer would be responsible for this agreement buy signing it. The customer further agrees not to transfer this service, sell or give it to a third party for any reason, except after consulting and informing the Company. The customer would be held responsible for all acts resulting of the use of this service.
 

The customer pledges to respect all rules and regulations associated with such services.
 

The customer pledges to do all necessary update to all service-related information whenever changes occur.
